Receiving input and feedback from front-end users, customers, team, and stakeholders

Develop in a two-week sprint
With the designs and plans in place, our team can begin development in the current two week cycle. Daily stand-up meetings ensure a proper communications flow and individual accountability enabling the team to stay on schedule.
Present a product demo
Before releasing to the general public, live demonstrations of each iteration’s final product enable the team to show progress. At this point, we conduct Quality Assurance testing, develop training documents and coach the internal and external teams how to use the product.
Test user experience and acceptance
In the delivery stage, we integrate the working iteration into production. There’s a natural transition in which we analyze and test the product’s functionality, which leads the loop right back into stage 1, which is the feedback process.
